Introducing " NOOR", our new collection of Kashmiri Tilla embroidery adorned silk velvets. This is a black silk velvet dupatta shawl adorned with Kashmiri gold exquisite Tilla embroidered pallav and borders. The embroidered borders are 2.5 inches wide along the length of the dupatta and 5.75 inches wide pallav borders along the width of the dupatta. The dupatta is finely finished with cotton silk under the borders and edges.
