Presenting Gayatri, our newest exploration in interplay of hand embroidered zardozi on woven Benares textiles. Our explorations in brocade and Benares weaves started in 2014 with my sister Gayatri's wedding. The elan with which she carried brocades is the very reason I got attracted to this textile. Since then, we have focused on bringing a contemporary language to the centuries old Benares textile, creating a fusion of our embroidered craftsmanship with this rich weave. Our Jewelled brocade collection of 2020 and Maharani's Muse in 2021 played with opulent "jewelling" of the rich brocade textile in contemporary lehengas, palazzos, jackets and capes. With Gayatri, our newest exploration, we continue the journey of incorporating embroidery-weave fusion into our signature silhouettes.

Raspberry Pink-gold Benares weave zardozi hand embroidered lehenga paired with blouse and dupatta. Dabka zardozi and crystal floral hand embroidery adorns the dupatta and blouse. The embroidery on the blouse decorates the sweetheart neckline in front and the v neckline at the back, sleeve ends and blouse waist all around. The blouse features a side opening with zippers. The paneled ( kali) lehenga features a fitted waist and concealed zipper at side hem. The dupatta features zardozi and crystal hand embroidery borders all around. Perfect for festive outings, wedding celebrations and special occasions.
